First draws of Vox populi

May 11th, 2006 by admin

Yesterday , I gaved my firsts explainations about how I see this site. I had 2 advices, two complete differents ones !
For sure, I’ll simplify my project even more with letting an auto moderation ( voting button system),a simple log and pw, and all the others infos for the searchs will have to be filled if desired, in a Profile page.
Maybe I can avoid the answers part and let everything in sight in the comments part.

I need to re-think the ultimate goal of this site. Is it suppose to be just a public site for claims and expression, or a database for administratives informations. This is crucial coz it will need differents interface regarding the orientation choice.

More later on….

New app in sight !

May 2nd, 2006 by admin

Just a few words to keep u folks posted about what I’m doing right now.

Well , the first app build on RoR and Text drive is just out. I didn’t make that site, just helping a bit.

It’s a wine database and u can feel free to visit it at

http://wine.zelous.com

This is an example of what internet 2.0 should be !!

Do you like wines ?

Then give us some feedback and do fill up a description of the good wines you’ve tasted lately.

Right now, I’m working on something else, another app, that should give people an opportunity of beeing eared by the political world. This new app should be described soon in another post.

Getting Real, a way of life ?

April 13th, 2006 by admin

Today I’ll begin to tell you about the book I’m reading right now, it’s called Getting Real and it talks about a different way of handling projects leading and creation. It’s huge and captivating ! Getting Real is where Ruby on Rails takes out his philosophy, so It’s something really interesting even if you’re not in the business, ’cause you can apply that way of thinking in a lots of way. In fact, all you need is to find yours.

I’ve been looking at it, found it very pertinent and positively modern.

But we’ll talk about it again for sure palls
